EESOLUTION
"Be it resolved by the Hoard of Aldermen of the City of
wichita falls, Texas, that i. E. Shepherd and k`i. E. vlcBroom, 1,1ayor and
City Secretary respectively of said City, be and they are hereby auth-
orized and directed, for and in consideration of the sum. of vl,016.65,
and upon the receipt of the payment of said sum, to execute and deliver
for and on the behalf of said City, unto I. A. v'ine a full, final and
com-ollete release of that certain Idechanic's Lien I ote and Contract,
dated uetober 1st, 1920, executed and delivered by I m. :'ieber and _. ae
Vieber to J. C. 2askins and B. L. Juster for the sum of w1400.00, divided
in -,two payments of �700.00 each, payable respectively one and two years
after date, bearing 8)6 interest from date, which said lien ai note
were duly transferred and assi; ned to the City of 'sichita falls Texas,
the now owner and holder thereof, and which constitute a lien against
the following described lcaid and premises, to -wit:
Situated in the City of +iichita galls, lichita County,
Texas; being Lots 10 and 11 of Block "B" of iarfordls Subdivision of
Lot 1 of Mock 5, of the Bellevue liddition to the City of 1-iichito Falls,
Texas, as shov:m by the maps thereof recorded in the Deed records of said
County to which reference is here made.
use it further resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of �Jichita Zalls, Texas, that E. E. Shepherd and i. E. TcBroom, j ayor
and City Secretary respectively of said City, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract and. obliz-b.tion for and
on the behalf of said City with the said I. A. 'ine to hold, save and
keep harmless the said I. A. Fine of and from any and all liability,
cost charge or expense, by, on account of, connected with or,.growing
out of the i..echanic's Lien Dote and contract aforesaid; and providing
that in event the said 1. A. fine or his assigns shall be called on
or required to defend any suit connected with or growing out of the
same the cost and expense th:. reof shall be borne by said City and any
judgment rendered thereon shall be fully and finally satisfied, paid
off and discharged by said City immediately unon the rendition thereof".
