Resolution Awarding Bid For The Renovation Of The TSA Offices At
Wichita Falls Municipal Airport To Trinity Hughes Construction, In
The Amount Of $125,517
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
renovation of TSA Offices at the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport; and bids were received
and publicly opened on June 4, 2009, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Trinity Hughes Construction is the low
bidder for the aforesaid bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A bid is awarded for the renovation of the TSA Offices at Wichita Falls Municipal
Airport to Trinity Hughes Construction in the amount of $125,517, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract with said entity in accordance with the bid
specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of July, 2009.
