Resolution Awarding a Bid For The 2009 Street Rehabilitation Project
Phase II (CWF09-100-18) to Bobby Bounds Excavation in the
estimated amount of $935,594.60
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the 2009 Street
Rehabilitation Project Phase II (CWF09-100-18); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bobby Bounds
Excavation, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $935,594.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2009 Street Rehabilitation Project Phase II (CWF09-
100-18) is awarded to Bobby Bounds Excavation, in an estimated total amount of
$935,594.60, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said
Contractor for the construction of said project in accordance with the bid specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7 day of July, 2009.
