Resolution Awarding Bid For The City's Estimated Annual Supply
Of Meter Boxes And Lids To The Marta Company In an estimated
amount of $70,550.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 9, 2009, and the
lowest responsible bidder was The Marta Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of water
meter boxes and lids is awarded to The Marta Company in an estimated total amount of
$70,550.00.
