Resolution Awarding Bid For The 7 Street And Martin Luther King
Boulevard And Southwest Parkway Median Rehabilitation Project
(CWF09-100-22) To Scales Concrete Construction Company, Inc., In An
Estimated Total Amount Of $110,512.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 7 Street and
Martin Luther King Boulevard and Southwest Parkway Median Rehabilitation Project
(CWF09-100-22), and the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Scales
Concrete Construction Company, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 7 and Martin Luther King Boulevard and Southwest
Parkway Median Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-100-22) is awarded to Scales Concrete
Construction Company, Inc., in an estimated total amount of $110,512.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said Contractor for the construction of
such project, in accordance with the bid specifications.
