Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Professional
Services Agreement For Engineering Services For The Quail Creek
Drainage Improvement Project, Phase II (CWF10-552-05) With Proven

WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has determined that Proven Cornerstone
Engineering, PLLC is qualified to provide Engineering Services for the Quail Creek
Drainage Improvement Project, Phase II (CWF10-552-05).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
