Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2009 Alley Rehabilitation Project
(CWF09-530-07) To McGrath Brothers Construction An Estimated
Total Amount Of $212,475.70
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2009 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-530-07); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is McGrath Brothers
Construction, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $212,475.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2009 Alley Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-530-07) is
awarded to McGrath Brothers Construction, in an estimated total amount of
$212,475.70, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
