Resolution Awarding A Bid For The Landfill Maintenance Building
Foundation Project (CWF09-530-08) To Arlie A. Ashley
Construction In An Estimated Total Amount Of $104,675.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Landfill
Maintenance Building Foundation Project (CWF09-530-08); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Arlie A. Ashley
Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $104,675.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Landfill Maintenance Building Foundation Project
(CWF09-530-08) is awarded to Arlie A. Ashley Construction, in an estimated total
amount of $104,675.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of August, 2009.
