Resolution Endorsing An Application To The Wichita Falls 4B Sales
Tax Corporation For Improvements To And Equipment For To The Kay
Yeager Coliseum, Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall And J.S. Bridwell Ag Center
In The Amount Of $1,147,100.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Exhibit Hall and Agricultural facilities are in
their twelfth year of operation, and the Coliseum is in its seventh year of operation; and
WHEREAS, the City has learned a great deal about the operations and
maintenance of these facilities, and has identified several improvements to and
improvements for the aforementioned MPEC facilities that will improve future
operations, and determined that these expenditures are 4B Sales Tax-eligible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City Management is authorized to apply for funding from the Wichita Falls 4B
Sales Tax Corporation for improvements to and equipment for the Kay Yeager
Coliseum, Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall and J.S. Bridwell Ag Center in the amount of
$1,147,100.
