Resolution Amending Fees Of The Wichita Falls-Wichita
County Public Health District For The On Site Sewage
Facilities Program
WHEREAS, the Health District performs On Site Sewage Facilities
Services for the citizens of Wichita Falls, and
WHEREAS, the fees for said services have remained the same since
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The fees charged by the Health District for the On Site Sewage Facilities
Program shall be as follows:
Permit for a Conventional System $210.00
Permit for a Proprietary System $235.00
Property transfer inspection $90.00
Reinspection $100.00
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1 September, 2009.
