Resolution Awarding Bid For The Rehabilitation Of Lake
Arrowhead Raw Water Line Phase 1 Project, CWF09-542-13 To
Wright Construction Co. Inc., In An Estimated Total Amount Of
$1,048,980.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
Rehabilitation of Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line Phase 1 Project, CWF09-542-
13; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Wright
Construction Co. Inc., which made a unit lump sum price bid with an estimated
total of $1,048,980.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Rehabilitation of Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line Phase 1 Project,
CWF09-542-13 is awarded to Wright Construction Co. Inc., in an estimated total
amount of $1,048,980.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
