Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute All
Documents Necessary To Grant A 20-Foot Wide Utility
Easement To ONCOR Electric Delivery Company, LLC, For
Power Line Construction Located Exclusively On The Cypress
Water Treatment Plant Site
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is in need of additional electrical
service to supply the Cypress Water Treatment Plant 2010 10 MGD
Conventional Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the Cypress Water Treatment PlanYs electric delivery
company is Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC; and
WHEREAS, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC requires that its power
supply facilities be located inside a 20-foot easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
grant a 20-foot wide utility easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC for
power line construction located exclusively on the Cypress Water Treatment
Plant site, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
