Resolution Authorizing The Purchase Of Seven Toro Mowers
Through The BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program From
Professional Turf Products, In The Total Amount Of $151,976.31.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this purchase is exempt from the state's
competitive bidding requirements because it is purchased through an interlocal
cooperative purchasing contract;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls has passed a resolution
approving the participation in such cooperative agreements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Professional Turf Products is offering
various Groundsmaster mowers through the BuyBoard Local Government Cooperative
Purchasing Program, and it is in the City's best interest to purchase these mowers in
accordance with the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase seven
Toro mowers from Professional Turf Products, in the total amount of $151,976.31,
through the BuyBoard Local Government Cooperative Purchasing Program:
