Resolution Authorizing An Expenditure By The Wichita Falls Police
Department From The Seized Funds Account For A One-Time
Expenditure Of $96,454.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department was awarded
confiscated funds;
WHEREAS, certain programs and procurements may be funded entirely by the
seized funds account; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department has funding available in
the amount of $96,454.00 in the seized funds account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS TEXAS, THAT:
The expenditure of seized funds in the amount of $96,454.00 is hereby
authorized for expenses necessary for the procurement of necessary items needed for
Police Department equipment and supplies.
