Resolution Awarding Bid For The Plum Creek Upper Drainage
Project (CWF08-442-16) To W. S. Construction Company In An
Estimated Total Amount Of $609,255.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Plum Creek
Upper Drainage Project (CWF08-442-16): and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is W.S.
Construction Company, which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of
$609,255.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Plum Creek Upper Drainage Project (CWF08-442-16) is
awarded to W.S. Construction Company, in an estimated total amount of $609,255.50,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said entity for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of November, 2009.
