Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of One �/4-Ton Pickup
And Three 3 /4-Ton Cab & Chassis To Wolfe Ford Dodge In The
Amount Of $67,576.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one 3 /-ton pickup and three 3 /-ton cab & chassis; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on November 20, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a 3 /-ton pickup, and three 3 /-
ton cab & chassis for the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of one 3 /-ton pickup and three 3 /-ton cab & chassis is
awarded to Wolfe Ford Dodge in the amount of $67,576.00, and City Staff is authorized
to execute all documents necessary to purchase the aforementioned equipment..
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1 day of December, 2009.
