Resolution Awarding The Bid For The Purchase Of 17 Ford Crown
Victoria Police Patrol Vehicles To Wolfe Ford Dodge In The Amount
Of $380,125.27
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of 17 Ford Crown Victoria police patrol vehicles; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on November 13, 2009 and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase 17 Ford Crown Victoria Police
Patrol Vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of 17 Ford Crown Victoria Police Patrol Vehicles is
awarded to Wolfe Ford Dodge in the amount of $380,125.27, and City Staff is
authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase the aforementioned
equipment.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1 day of December, 2009.
