Resolution Approving The Joint Funding Agreement For Water
Resources Investigations, Number 10C4TX039000000, With The U.S.
Geological Survey, In The Amount Of $74,110.00 From The City
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into joint funding
agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey to operate and maintain a series of stream
flow and reservoir-content gauging stations within the Little Wichita River Water Shed;
and
WHEREAS, U.S. Geological Survey is proposing to do this work for an amount
of $74,110.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resources Investigations,
Number 10C4TX039000000 with the U.S. Geological Survey, is approved in the
amount of $74,110.00 from the City, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
agreement with the said agency for the operations and maintenance of such gauging
stations, with such changes to form as are approved by the City Attorney.
