Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
supply of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to BMH Oil Company
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on June 13, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase fuel for the City’s fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the City’s estimated
annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to BMH Oil Company in the
estimated amount of $1,887,461.30.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of July, 2016.
