Resolution Awarding Bid For The South Weeks Park Pond Project
(CWF09-100-23) to Weakley's Welding & Dozer Service in an estimated
total amount of $388,473.55
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the South
Weeks Park Pond Project (CWF09-100-23); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Weakley's Welding &
Dozer Service, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $388,473.55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the South Weeks Park Pond Project (CWF09-100-23) is
awarded to Weakley's Welding & Dozer Service, in an estimated total amount of
$388,473.55, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of December, 2009.
