And 1,000 Yard Wastie Carts Through The Houstvn-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program F�vm Schaefer
Systems International, inc., In The Amount Of 5141 �910
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this purchase is exempt f�om the State's
competitive bidding requirements pursuant to TE�c,SS LoCA� GOVERNh,t�NT CODE
§252.422, which reads as follows:

by a re�.onal planrong comm!ssio� establish�d under Ghapter 391.
WHEREAS, the City Counc,l of the City of 1Nichica Falls has passed a resolution
approving the participation in this cooperative agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Schaefer Systems Intemational, Inc., �s
offering these roll-out refuse and yard waste carts through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council Cooperative Pu�chasing Program, and it is in the City's best interest to
purchase these carts in accordance with the H-GAC Cooperative Purchasing Pragram.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUMCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALlS, TEXAS. THAT:
City staff is authoriZerl ta execute all documents necessary to purcnase 2,000
roll-out refuse carts and 1,000 yard waste carts from Schaefer Systems Intemational.
Inc., in the amount of $47_30 per cart, totaling approximately $141.�14.�4 through the
H-GAC Cooperative PurChasing Program.
