"I move that the rules of the Charter requiring resolut4 ions to be read on three separate days and postponing; the taking eff- ect of resolutions be suspezxied and dispensed with". The notion was seconded by Ali erman Clifford. The 11otion to suspend the rules was passed by the un- animous vote of all members of the board present, to -wit: Yeas: aldermen: Curd, Young., Patton and Clifford. The ,iayo-r asked to be recorded as voting Yea. Nay es : None. Alderman Patton made a motion that the resolution be placed on its f i,ial reading and passage.
