Moved by alderman Clifford that the Little Theatre Play-
ers Club be allowed to build a temporary wooden stairway in the alley
back of 516- 7th Street, provided said stairway is moved when so ord -
ered oy the Board of Aldermen or when their lease expirelon the build-
ing which will not be later than 18 months.

Moved by Alderman Patton that the City accept the offer
of the Technical club to assist in the solution of the sewage dis-
posal problem now facing the City;
Motion seconded by alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Young that Edgar lann be instructed to
proceed with the filin6 to suits for the collection of delinquent
taxes on both real and personal property which have been due since
January 1, 1922.
