Resolution approving the 2016 Second Year Annual Action Plan of
the Adopted 2015-2019 Five Year Public Housing Agency (PHA)
Action Plan.
WHEREAS, the Housing Division must annually submit for City Council approval,
the Division’s Annual Action Plan as part of the Five Year PHA Plan; and,
WHEREAS, as a result of this year’s review of the Second Year Annual Action
Plan, City staff is recommending no modifications be made; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the required Public Hearing for this
action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Second Year Action Plan of the adopted Five Year Public Housing
Agency Plan is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of July, 2016.
