Resolution Awarding The Bid For The Rehabilitation Of Lake
Arrowhead Raw Water Line Project - Phase 2 CWF11-542-10To
Bowles Construction, Co., In An Estimated Amount Of $98,800.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls properly advertised for bids for the
Rehabilitation of Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line Project - Phase 2 CWF11-542-10;
and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction, Co., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $98,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Rehabilitation of Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line
Project - Phase 2 CWF11-542-10, is awarded to Bowles Construction, Co., in an
estimated total amount of $98,800.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such project.
