Resolution No. _65-2016__
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
supply of water meter boxes and lids to PowerSeal Pipeline Products
Corporation in the amount of $93,200.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City’s estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids; and ,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on June 7, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase water meter boxes and lids f or
the City’s Water Distribution Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the City’s estimated
annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids to PowerSeal Pipeline Products
Corporation in the amount of $93,200.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of June, 2016.
