Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of two Mack
CHU613 58,000 GVW Truck Tractors to Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. in
the amount of $237,092.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of two
58,000 GVW truck tractors; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on May 23, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two 58,000 GVW truck tractors
for the Sanitation Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase two
Mack CHU613 58,000 GVW truck tractors from Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. in the
amount of $237,092.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of June, 2016.
