Resolution authorizing award of bid to Media Rushworks, L.L.C. in
the amount of $180,481.88 for the City Council Chambers
Audio/Video Production System installation and 5 years of
maintenance
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has selected Media Rushworks, L.L.C. to
provide systems and services for the City Council Chambers Audio/Video systems; and,
WHEREAS, Media Rushworks, L.L.C. has submitted a bid price of $180,481.88
to complete the system upgrades for the City Council Cham bers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, in a form approved by
the City Attorney, with Media Rushworks, L.L.C for the systems upgrade of the City
Council Chambers in the amount of $180,481.88 .
