Resolution awarding bid in the amount of $153,966 to DoubleMap ,
Inc. for technological communication services for the Public
Transportation fleet
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls received $160,743 in Section 5339 Bus and
Bus Facilities funds to improve technological communication on its FallsRide bus fleet;
and,
WHEREAS, RFP 01-16 invited companies to provide proposals to provide
technological communication services for FallsRide; and,
WHEREAS, DoubleMap was found to provide the best value, in the amount of
$153,966, for technological communication services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, in a form approved by
the City Attorney, with DoubleMap, Inc. in the amount of $153,966 for technological
communication services for the FallsRide fleet.
