Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for the FY 2016
Tobacco Enforcement Program in the amount of $12,000.00
WHEREAS, the City Of Wichita Falls has been notified that it is eligible for
funding from the Texas State University for the Tobacco Enforcement Program ; and,
WHEREAS, the City will need to submit an application to obtain the available
funds from the Texas State University for the Tobacco Enforcement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to apply for funding from the FY 2016
Tobacco Enforcement Program in the amount of $12,000.00.
