Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2016 Concrete Street
Rehabilitation Project to Duke Holding Company, Inc. dba Duke
Construction Company in the amount of $310,922.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2016
Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Duke Construction
Company, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $310,922.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2016 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project is awarded
to Duke Holding Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Company, in an estimated total
amount of $310,922.00, and th e City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of May, 2016.
