Resolution authorizing award of bid to Trinity Hughes, LLC in the
amount of $278,500.00 for the renovation of the City Council
Chambers and related areas
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has selected the firm of Trinity-Hughes to
perform services for the renovation of the City Council Chambers; and,
WHEREAS, Trinity-Hughes has submitted a bid price of $278,500 to complete
the renovation of the City Council Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, in a form approved by
the City Attorney, with Trinity Hughes, LLC for the renovation of the City Council
Chambers in the amount of $278,500.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of May, 2016.
