The financial report, for Jan 2016 was given. The balance is $ 1,222:16. Accident Statistics: Dec 2015 crashes: 254 Injuries: 47 Fatalities: 7 YTD City Traffic Report Mark Beauchamp advised the projects are basically the same as last month: 1. Bicycle friendly community project is still in the works. 2. Sheppard`Access'Rd. lighting project Phase 3 . 3. T.A.P. Transportation Alternative Plan. Two grant applications have been approved. PAGE 1 4. Circle trail completion agreement with Burlington Northern RR has not been reached at this time. Negotiations are still underway. 5. New pathway'signage is being installed at city buildings and attractions in the city. 6. Evaluating downtown streets — some of the one way streets may be changed into two way.streets. 7. Iowa Park Rd' ,& North Beverly Dr. Reconstruction. Signals and Railroad crossing:update. City I TX DOT 8. Flashing Amber Protective Permissive Turn signal will expand in the coming year. State Traffic Report T.J. Harrell advised: 1. Update on joint project with the city on Southwest Parkway and McNeil. 2. Double left turn lane joint project with the city on Kell Blvd. Complete. 3. Huntington Rd Bridge reconstruction on US 287. Near completion. 4. FM 171 from FM 890 being widened. 5. 1 -44 repair. Complete. 6. FM 2650 Sisk Rd. — widen and add shoulders starting soon. 7. FM 369 and Hughes Project to start soon. 8. Sinclare Rd and FM240. Bridge replacement.
