Resolution to approve Change Order No. 2 and Final for the 2015
Budget Utility Improvement Project for a Deduct of $66,148.90
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Bowles
Construction Co. with the estimated total cost of $1,270,803.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 & Final will reduce the contract $66,148.90 for
a revised cost of $1,228,280.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 & Final for the
2015 Budget Utility Improvement Project in the amount of $66,148.90.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of April, 2016.
