Resolution awarding the Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance Service
Contract to Gloria Villarreal dba Gloria Villarreal Welding
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for proposals for the
Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance Service Contract; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the most responsible bidder is Gloria Villarreal
Welding, which made a unit price proposal for services in an estimated amount of
$200,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price proposal for the Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance Service
Contract is awarded to Gloria Villarreal Welding, in an estimated total amount of
$200,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contrac t for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of April, 2016.
