Resolution To Award Bid And Contract For The Seymour Highway /
Barnett Road Hike and Bike Trail Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP
2011(235) TEto Luz Lerma Construction, Inc., In An Estimated Total
Amount Of $1,910,891.32
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Seymour
Highway / Barnett Road Hike and Bike Trail Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP 2011(235)
TE; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Luz Lerma
Construction, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,910,891.32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Seymour Highway / Barnett Road Hike and Bike Trail
Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP 2011(235) TE is awarded to Luz Lerma Construction,
Inc., in an estimated total amount of $1,910,891.32, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such
project.
