ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, WAIVING SECTION 6210(5) OF APPENDIX B, WICHITA
FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES, ZONING ORDINANCE, TO ALLOW A
GRAVEL DRIVEWAY AT 1038 WELLINGTON LANE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to allow a driveway constructed with
gravel rather than hard - surface HMAC or concrete pavement at 1038 Wellington Lane;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that the
proposed waiver hereafter described is in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 6210(5) Appendix B, Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances,
Zoning Ordinance, is hereby waived for Lot 1C, Block 52A, Kiel Second Subdivision,
Wichita Falls, Texas, also known as 1038 Wellington Lane, to allow a gravel driveway.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
