Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2016 Old Iowa Park
Road Intersection Drainage Improvements Project to Jennifer
McGrath dba McGrath Concrete Construction in the amount of
$63,539.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2016 Old
Iowa Park Road Intersection Drainage Improvements Project ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Jennifer McGrath
dba McGrath Concrete Construction , who made a unit price bid with an estimated total
of $63,539.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2016 Old Iowa Park Road Intersection Drainage
Improvements Project is awarded to Jennifer McGrath dba McGrath Concrete
Construction, in an estimated total amount of $63,539.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of April 2016.
