2. Approval of Minutes (February 4, 2016) and Financial Report
Dave Lilley noted he was shown to have both made and seconded the motion to adjourn.
Subject to correction, Darron Leifer moved for approval of the minutes. Seconded by Reno
Gustafson the mutes of Feaar 4 2016 were a roved..
Jim Dockery said sales tax revenues are in their four month in a row of negative year
over year earnings.
3. Discussion of Incentives for Guideff
Kevin Pearson noted that in April 2015, Kenn Hill spoke to Mayor Barham about a
company in Plano, Guideff, that was looking to expand. Mr. Hill is good friends with Chuck
Lyles, the CEO of that company. Mr. Pearson has had several discussions with Guidefr officials
since then, and Deana Eiland, Vice President of Delivery for Guideff, is here to talk about the
company's proposed plans.
No action was taken on this matter.
