Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete
Company in the amount of $410,075.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and request ed bids for the City’s
estimated annual requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill; and ,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 23, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase ready mix concrete and
flowable fill for use by various city departments during the next twelve -month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement ready mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete Company in the
amount of $410,075.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of March, 2016.
