Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Making An Appropriation To The Special Revenue Fund For The
Women Infant And Children Program In The Amount Of $1,374
Received From The Texas Department Of State Health Services, And
Authorizing The City Manager To Execute All Documents Necessary
To Accept Said Funds
WHEREAS, the Women Infant And Children (WIC) Program of the Wichita
Falls—Wichita County Public Health District has been notified of availability of additional
funds; and,
WHEREAS, the approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to
the adoption of 2009-2010 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Women Infant and Children Grant Special
Revenue Fund $1,374 for the WIC Program, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute all documents necessary to accept said funds from the Texas Department of
State Health Services.
