Resolution No. 21-2016
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one 15 yard
dump truck to Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. in the amount of
$124,799.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one 15
cubic yard dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on February 8, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a 15 cubic yard dump truck for
the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase a 15
cubic yard dump truck from Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. in the amount of $124,799.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of March, 2016.
