Memorial Auditorium Building
March 5, 1951
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called
session on the above date at 7-30 o'clock P. M. in the'Council Room of the Memorial
Auditorium Building, with the following members present:
Harold Jones Mayor
Lloyd Thomas
Roy We Parish
J. R. Ray Aldermen
R. A. Putman
R. J. Brc-am

Representatives of the Hughes Development Co. presented the Plat of
their Unit No. 2 in Faith Village for approval of the Board of Aldermen, whereupon
the following motion was had:
Moved by Alderman Putman that approval of the Plat of Unit No. 21 Faith
Village, be withheld until specifications of the City Park Board are met.
Motion seconded b;* Alderman Ray and carried.
Moved by Alderman Brown that the Wichita General Hospitallfor charity
patients for January, 1951, amount 5749.64, be paid upon payment of a like sum
by Wichita County, and order and direct the City Clerk to draw a warrant in the
amount of $5749.64 in pa;.rment of the same.
Motion seconded by Alderman Ray and carried.
The Minutes of the regular meeting held February 26, 1951s were read
and approved as read.
Moved by Alderman Brown that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Thomas and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
