The improvements on said portion of Sullivan Street be, and they are
hereby accepted; and the contract with reference to tha construction of such
improvements be, and is hereby, found and declared fully coripleted and
performed.
II.
The .',ayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue and execute in
the na,re of the City certificates in evidence of the special assessments levied
against abutting , rop erty and owners thereof for such imp rovemants. and the City
Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in
acccrdance with thF procaoc?inF°s relatinE to such improvements a-nd assessments;
such certificates shall be delivered tc said Comany.
