The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in regular
session on the above date at 7.00 O'clock P. II. in the Council Room of the Memorial
Auditorium Building, irith the following members present:

Moved by Alderman Ray that Mayor Harold Jones be authorized to sign a
water main contract, for and on, behalf of the City of Z^:iichi to Falls, with Piid-
western university, in the amount of G,;4,721.51, to be paid at the rate of 33 1A3
percent of gross revenue derived from all metered water to Midwestern University*;
payment to be made each year on September 1st, beginning one year after the date
of completion cf the facilities and continuir:g 15 years from the date of completion
of said facilities.
Motion seconded by Alderman Parish and carried.
Moved by Alderman Thomas that Mayor Harold Jones be a�tho�i ad to
sign a supplemental agreement with the Missouri-Kansas-Texas ai ro,a oO1 'eonrcas
which the City of Wichita Falls has with then -W�urchase ballast screenings
at �1.00 per cu. yd. at Marfa, Texas, said supplemental agreement extending the
expiration date to February 1, 1951, the original contract having expired July 27,
1950.
Motion seconded by Alderman Abbott and carried.
Moved by Alderman Parrish that the Plat and dedication of the Blaclar=on
& Williams Fourth Addition to the City of ?,?Falls, a copy of which is attachedhereto
and made a part hereof., be approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Ray and carried.
Moved by Alderman Brown that the renuest of the Checker Taxicab Co.
for loading and unloading; zones in the streets in downtown ; icrita Falls be deferred
for further study.
Motion seconded by Alderman Perish and carried.
Moved by Alderman Parish that a public Bearing on the proposed budget for
the fiscal year 1951 be held on December 4, 1950.
Motion seconded by Alderman Brown and carried.

Moved by Alderman Say that the City Attorney J. ,alter Friberg and
Leslie H,,nphrey, Attorney, be authorized to negotiate with Voichit.a City Lines,
Inc. for a settlement on the expenses incurred by the City of °Jichita. Falls in
connection with recent litigation relative to the new bus franchise.
Motion seconded by Alderman' Parish and carried.

The Minutes of the meetings of October 30th, November �.nd and Noueirnber
6, 1950, were read and approved as read.
Moved by Alderman Brown that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Aldenzian Thcmas and carried.
The Board of Aldemnen then adjourned.
