Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Amending Ordinance No. 104-2005 To Increase The Number Of
Special Service Vehicles Permitted To David Zentgraf, DBA
Moonlight Limousine, From Four Vehicles To Five Vehicles
WHEREAS, Ordinance 104-2005 authorized a franchise for special service for
limousine transportation to David Zentgraf, dba Moonlight Limousine, and Ordinance
No. 19-2007 increased the number of vehicles permitted to said company from one to
three, and Ordinance No. 41-2009 increased the number of vehicles permitted to said
company from three to four; and
WHEREAS, City Council received a request from David Zentgraf, Moonlight
Limousine Service, to increase the number of permits from four to five; and
WHEREAS, City Council conducted a public hearing to consider this request and
finds that an increase in the number of permits authorized to David Zentgraf, dba
Moonlight Limousine Service, is required for public convenience and necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 104-2005 is amended to increase the number of special service
vehicle permits to David Zentgraf, dba Moonlight Limousine, to five permits.
