a considerable saving to the city and that Midwestern University would donate

ceed with the recommendation of the Sewera,��e Study Group; that the City Clerk
be authorized to transfer $13,500.00 from Account 24 Goner over i nt, 9nd

arid to accept thAe U,,000.00 donation from Midwestern University to finance tHis
