The Board of Aldermen of the City of WichitaFalls, Texas, met in
called session on the above date at 5-30 o'clock P. M. in the Council Room in
the Memorial Auditorium Building, with the following members present:

Mayor Harold Jones stated the purpose of this meeting to be the letting
of the contract for the annual city audit.

Moved by Alderman Brown that the contract for auditing the city's records
,for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1949, be awarded to J. B. Allred & Company
for consideration of $1425.00; specifications for the said audit to be the same
as used the previous year; and further to authorize the City Manager, Frank Wood,
to execute audit contract for and on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls.
Motion seconded by Alderman Parish and carried.
