The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Temas, met in
called session on the above date at 5:00 o'clock P.I11I, in the Council Room of
the Memorial Auditorium Building, vn-th the follo;ving members present:
Harold Jones hfayor

Lloyd C. Thomas
Roy W. Parish Aldermen
J. R. Ray X
John C. Coffey X
B. C. Hunter X
G. D. Fair.trace City TLnager
Guy H. McNeely City Attorney
Geo. T. Henderson City Clerk
Mayor Jones stated this meeting had been called for the purpose
of making further attempt to settle the bus controversy.
Ya,. Russell Lundberg, Consultant for the prospective Bus System
purchaser, submitted verbally three propositions under which they would
consider purchasing the Bus Tranoportation System, thereupon the follo::ing
motion was had:
Moved by Alderman Ray that the Council -recess for 15 minutes.
Motion seconded by Alderman Tho.-k?.s and carried.
After a short recess the Council resumed its regular order of
business.
There being; no furthsr business to come before the Council at this
title, a motion was in order to a(Ijourn.
Idoved by Alderman Thomas .iat the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunter and carrie d.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
