called session on the above date at 5:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Room of the

of considering Ordinance No. 1485.

at a called meeting held at 7-'0 P.M. February 23, 1949, Ordinance No. 1485
was approved and pabsec I L as read on its first readilng, be and is hereby rescinded.

vote:
